To Drink: A nice red like a 93 Bodega Catena Zapata 2005 Catena Alta or maybe a ’99 Robert Mondavi To Kalon Vineyard Reserve. As far as white, a nice Sauvignon Blanc, like a Robert Mondavi 1999 To Kalon Vineyard Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.
